Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free while the order is still with us. Once it is with the carrier it becomes a return.

The window

• Order placed. It joins the queue at the 2 Great Jones St counter and can be cancelled instantly.
• Being packed. Still cancellable – call +1 212-979-1273 and we will stop it.
• Handed to the carrier. No longer cancellable; Stereo Haven handles it as a return instead.

If it has already shipped

After dispatch a cancellation becomes a return. The 30 day window applies from the day it arrives.

Cancellations by us

Stereo Haven cancels an order itself only when an item turns out to be short on the NoHo shelf or the delivery address cannot be reached. In either case we email you first and refund in full within 3-5 business days.
