Shipping Policy

Orders placed with Stereo Haven leave our NoHo counter rather than a remote warehouse. The rates and windows on this page are the ones we work to.

What shipping costs

There is one rate: $4.50 per order. Orders that reach $29 before tax have that charge waived.

How long it takes

Handling takes one business day in most cases. Our opening days are listed on the Contact page, and orders placed on closed days are picked up the next open one.

Where we deliver

United States addresses only. We currently have no international service and would rather say so than take an order we cannot fulfil.

If something goes wrong

Tell us at [email protected] if the parcel arrives crushed or short. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled.
