Anything foam, by default
Windscreens compress, discolour and tear. Assume a proportion of them will be unusable and buy accordingly rather than inspecting each one under pressure at load-in.
Rings and bands for anything that rolls
A handheld left on a stage will roll, and it will roll off. Silicone rings are cheap enough to fit to every wireless body in the inventory and they double as a colour coding system for channels.
Adapters, always more than you think
Thread adapters are the single most borrowed item in any inventory. Buy them in multiples and treat them as consumable rather than as hardware.
